Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Typically, we need 1-2 business days to process the order and 3-7 business days to ship. 

Canada Post handles all of our shipping within Canada. An all inclusive shipping rate is calculated for each order based on the address you choose to ship to and Canada Post's availability.
